Under-Slab Pipe Lining
Sewer lines under a concrete slab can be repaired without a jackhammer. Lining keeps floors, cabinets and finishes in place.
The details, in plain English.
Many homes are built on slabs with the drain lines running underneath. When those lines crack or corrode, the old fix was to break the floor, dig a tunnel, replace the pipe and rebuild the finishes. That is costly, dusty and disruptive.
Lining repairs the existing under-slab drain through small access points, typically cleanouts or fixture openings. The slab and finished floors stay as they are. We camera the line, clear it and install the liner, then reopen every branch.

Questions, answered
How do you know where the leak is under the slab?
A camera and locator trace the line, and leak detection may help confirm. The lining covers the full affected run.
Will I need to move out?
Usually not. The work is mostly at access points.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form or call 800-224-9245. We schedule a free camera inspection, show you the footage and send a written estimate.
How long does it take?
Most home repairs are finished in about a day. Longer runs, commercial lines and complex sites take longer, and we give you the schedule before we start.
