Sewer Line CIPP Lining

Repair the whole run from the house to the street from the inside. Cracks, roots and leaking joints are sealed under one smooth new liner.

What it is

The details, in plain English.

Your sewer line carries everything out of the house, and when it fails the symptoms are hard to ignore: slow drains, gurgling, backups and soggy spots in the yard. Digging it up means trenching through the lawn, the landscaping and sometimes the driveway.

Sewer line CIPP lining repairs the existing pipe in place. After a camera inspection and cleaning, a resin liner is installed through a cleanout and cured, leaving a new pipe inside the old one. The yard stays put and the repair is usually finished in a day.

Best for

  • Homes with slow drains or repeated backups
  • Mature lawns, trees and hardscape over the line
  • Lines with several cracks or joint problems
  • Buyers and sellers who need a clean camera report

Good questions

Questions, answered

Can you line a sewer line with a belly or standing water?

Minor sags can often be lined, but a deep belly holds water under the liner. The camera inspection tells us, and we say so plainly.

Do I need to be home?

Someone should be present at the start and end for access. The work itself is mostly outside and at the cleanout.
