PVC & ABS Pipe Lining
Plastic pipe is durable, but joints, impacts and shifting can still fail. Lining repairs cracked or damaged PVC and ABS lines in place.
The details, in plain English.
PVC and ABS plastic pipes resist corrosion and roots far better than older materials, but they are not immune. Cracks from impact or freezing, failed solvent joints, deformations from poor bedding and damaged fittings all happen.
Where a plastic line has a defect, a liner or a point repair can seal it without digging. If the line is in good shape and just needs inspection, we say so.

Questions, answered
Why would new plastic pipe need repair?
Impact, freezing, poor bedding and construction damage can crack or deform it, and solvent joints sometimes fail.
Is lining plastic pipe common?
It is less common than lining clay or cast iron, because plastic is newer, but it works when there is a defect.
